Foot problems

Bertha, my four year old Barred Rock has developed what look like corns between her toes. Anyone know what this is from and what to do about it? She is the only one of the four who is having this problem. It doesn't seem to be effecting her in any visible way.

Thanks. That was my first thought. I'll try to get a picture of her feet and post it. She free ranges in a big grass covered yard, and since none of the oghers have it, I don't think it is due to poor perches, hard floors, etc.
