For anyone with mallards

I was wondering if I needed to Clip the wings

If you don't want them flying all over your property clip there wings.

I have 3 I got at 6 weeks, one drake and 2 females. I never clipped them and they don't typically fly at all.. there well over a year old by now. The only time they even attempt flying is to run from the dogs ( dogs just like to chase, don't try and hurt them) or if we are feeding the fish off the dock, they will fly to beat the other ducks to the food (I already had several Indian runners on the pond before introducing the mallards)
