for chain link

I got a shed that will make a fine coop, now for the run I am concidering putting up six foot chain link fence for the run. at the base of fence i was going to put chicken wire down, I have heard that dogs and such animals will not dig throught it hurts thier paws does this sound like a good plan or am i wasting time and money thanks

I use chainlink & love it also. It's a little more expensive, but well worth it.

I got some free chain link....craigslist.....I really love it!
