We got our shed, a 10x12 with gabled roof on Craigslist. We paid $200 and later I found out I could've gotten it for free. The lady's husband said he just hadn't gotten around to ripping it apart and burning it!!!

It looks a bit trashy right now but with a new paint job in the spring, it'll be perfecto!
