This is what your lawn will look like after you move your tractor.
We have 8 -- 13 wk olds and move the tractor every third day.

Interesting....hoping to finish my tractor tomorrow. Birds are about a month old now.
 
Would you get the benefits without quite as much brown earth by moving it every other day, or even every day?
 
I have an established thick lawn and move my tractor daily. I've never had any damage to my lawn, though I wonder what will happen in the winter when the grass doesn't grow. For now I'm not experiencing anything like what you are. I suggest moving it more often. Tractors rock if you can't free range (like me). Enjoy.
