I have a forced air bator, homemade type. Do these work like a convection oven? What I mean is, if I make a shelf to have 2 well ventilated tiers, shouldn't the temp be uniform throughout? I don't have an extra thermometer to check it out yet but in theory wouldn't it work the same? Any info is appreciated
