my friend just sent me his homemade bator that he wants me to test and it has a pc fan in it , so what temp shoul i set it to , its controlled by a wafer

99.5 temp and humidty at 30% to 35% for days 1-18, and on day 18 after moring turn bring humidty up to 45% to 55% (and stop turning eggs), till all chicks have hatched, and after day 18 do not open the bator till all chicks have hatched!
