I have been working on this coop and run for nearly 6 months. I am done except for modifications I see I need. Here are some pics. Didn't think I would ever finish. Had help with floor. Rest was done by one person, me. The coop is 10 X 12 and a modified plan I found on this forum. Birds are RIR from local person. They are in basic training.

Congrats on finishing your coop! You won't regret taking the time and making the effort to make it predator proof; it just makes you rest easier (or will once they have full run of it). Good job!

Thanks to all. It has been fun. I think I worry about them more than my DW.
