foul smelling hanging discharge from anus/vent

My hens are 1 year old and I just noticed this today...she seems lethargic but still eating. not really following the flock.
I dusted her with DE and cleaned off the vent...lots of wet matted feathers pulled out and the vent was swollen and excoriated.

put her in a dark crate with water away from the others..afraid it might be contagious...any ideas?

thanks..isolated her, medicated with sulmet, active cultures and cider vinegar in water. gave the others cider vinegar treatment and active cultures...hope it works
