Found a chicken at my pond. Please help!

We found a beautiful chicken at our pond yesterday. Thinking about keeping her but need to know more info before making this big decision.
She seams friendly and Ive held her and shes sweet.
Food would be a good start. I threw out some bread and sunflower seeds but know she needs more to survive.
Got her a bowl of water
Opened my shed so she can go in and have a covered porch for her.
What do i do if she lays eggs? Can she lay eggs w/o rooster?

She can lay eggs without a rooster, yes! they usually need layerfeed from a feedstore or something else depending on age! :3 Pictures would be great! If she lays eggs you could eat them
