Found a funny looking yolk in the coop

Today I found an egg yolk with a little white bit attached? Next to that was an egg but the shell was more like a thin flexible plastic, all wobbly??? What in the world is all that about? I have a crooked beak hen that I have to syringe feed four times a day so I'm guessing the yolk was from her but the other has left me completely baffled! I have two hens that are a month younger than my flock, could this be a first egg attempt?

It could be! I know what you mean by white thing..its soft right? "jelly egg" as i call it.

give it a couple days and see what happens...try some extra calcium and protein in their diet to help. I give mine cottage cheese and yogurt to help when they start laying
