found bugs on chickens they are tan is it lice or mites

half of my chickens stopped laying in june . i suspect they have dust mites or northern fowl mites . i have seen a few of these same insects crawling on the walls of my coop. the walls are a little dusty.

cleaned the coop this afternoon top to bottom. found the red mites on the bottom of the roost . treated it with poultry protector spray . going to treat the birds tonight when they roost. also used poultry dust in the bedding.
