Found lump in intestines

Hi everyone, hope you all are good.
I'm very confused or maybe scared for my 5 years drake.
From last 3 weeks i felt hard lump type thing in his lower body part, i have approached vet for this case he said it's a small intestine infection something he ate that's stuck in his intestine. He didn't give me any antibiotic just to follow a mixture of Suger in water for 48 hours. I have followed but nothing works.
Have you all any idea about this lump?
He is eating and drinking fine but acts Little bit lazy.

How does his poop look? or should I say is he pooping? I'm not a vet but I can't imagine sugar water helping him get over an infection. Seems if something is stuck in his intestines he'd be having problems pooping. Do you have any antibiotics left from other times you used them for your ducks.

Yes he is pooping more as usual when taking sugar water.
I have doxycycline.
