Found peahen

A peahen found her way into our yard and has taken up residence with our chickens. I was wondering what range they have so that I can distribute signs appropriately to hopefully get her home.

Would you ask her kindly to fly to me?! We'd be glad to give her a great home.

They easily travel 2 square miles. I have one four miles up the road "visiting" since last fall.

Also.. place it an ad on your local craigslist/ found peafowl... but not too much despription.. just state Peafowl.. that way others dont just show up claiming its theres.. ya gotta lot of people out that would like a free peahen..etc

Make sur they explain.. what kind of peafowl... male, female, do they have photos to show you..etc... to proove its theres...

I would so want my peafowl back if it got out... but if you hear from no one... then you may have yourself.. a lovely peahen living with you..
