Found sick young polish crested on back !!!!!!

The pullets is about 5 mth.
She has been wobbly and off balance for 4 days
Eyes are not grey,
one eye is watery
poop really dry then poop is soft a little smelly dk green not bloody
will eat will take water from dropper.
I gave her tetramicin x 3 days
and and antibiotic in waterx 2 days
Got her from the feed store assumed she was vaccinated for Marecks
Can't tell what's wrong
don't see bugs....
feet are warm.
Don't feel an egg...

posted twice sorry thought the post got lost.

I put a yellow powder in the water.

The feed store told me to give her both.

The terramycin is an antibiotic. What was the other one? Sulmet perhaps?

Can you possibly answer the questions in the second sticky in the forum - only answer the questions into this thread? Nutrition is going to be a part of this so we need information on that, his weight (as in 'is he thin or fat, does his keel feel like a Y or a V), etc.

If you start with that, we can help. I'd like to see a nutritional deficiency ruled out as vitamin A deficiencies result in clear drainage from the eye, and other deficiencies cause balance issues.
