Four chicks out of five hatched naturally today? One to go ? Not sure if I should incubate the other that is struggling?

One chick has not hatched out of five eggs . Not sure if I should help it out?

How long has it been since the others hatched? Your chicks look pretty dry so I'm going to guess it's been a while? Candle the egg to see if there is any movement. I'd incubate it inside if the mother hen is starting to not sit on the nest anymore. If it hatches inside, there is a chance the mother could reject it if you bring it back out. Not true with all hens though.
 
She was lifted off for the photo . They all hatched this afternoon but the other has not. I candled the egg and there was movement . I have an incubator on standby and gave assisted hatched successfully many times but not both at the same time
 
I'd leave it but being that broody's nest has been disturbed, keep an eye on her. Being that the chicks recently hatched, thinking the other is just behind a bit. Good idea to have the incubator fired up, just in case she "gives up" on the last one.
