Fowl Butchering Class in Northern California? Teachers? Mentors?

I've been googling for an hour, and cannot find any classes. I would really like to learn hands on, insteading of reading about it. I currently raise show/egg chickens, but want to process my own meat chickens. Thanks in advance for any info!
