Fowl pox or Frost bite or....

Our girls hatched August 5th and we've had a pretty harsh winter. I noticed these black spots on two of our babies combs. I let them room in their run whenever they want from sun up to sun down and we've had a lot of freezing rain this season. I assume it's frostbite but I need some opinions from seasoned keepers please.

I agree - these are from pecking.

Fowl pox is caused by mosquitoes and frostbite is more uniform.

That would make sense Henelope the Barnevelder is the bottom hen. Esther our white frizzle is somewhere in the middle.
Do I do anything to treat it? Neosporin?

Just let it be. It would only need treated if it were actively bleeding. Pecking of the comb happens often as hens get in each other's way.

I do notice they tend to not like her sleeping next to them, but she tries to go under them, even when its warm.

This is all within the normal pecking order. There's not really anything to be done. It's good that you're so observant. Enjoy their silly antics!

The funny thing is Henelope is the only one that doesn't like cuddles. Maybe this is why
