Fowl pox or pecking wounds?

I am not sure when it started because this hen is usually very timid and won’t let me near her, she got a little close today and I saw this and spent 20 mins trying to corner her. My other chickens don’t have this. They eat later pellets, and it has only gotten below freezing for the first time last night (30 degrees for a few hours only). I use hay in coop and run.

That is Fowl Pox for sure. My chickens had it earlier this fall.
 
Members of my flock have slowly been coming down with it and getting over it for months. If it's dry fowl pox, no need to worry, they'll get over it and not get it again. Looks like that's what this is.
