Fowl Pox or Pecking

Did the combs on your chickens scar or did it heal completely? I’m dealing with fowl pox with our chickens as well and they are all effected.

The marks and everything all went away in a few weeks. Since my ayam cemani is all black he had some white marks or scars from scabs for a while on his comb and face and they were very evident because of his colour. I think it took around a month for those to go away completely from his face . But don't worry the scars and everything will go away with time.

That doesn’t look like fowl pox at all. Looks like peck wounds or birds running into the wire comb/face first.
It all depends on the individual bird how bad fowl pox affects them. Some get wet and dry fowl pox so bad they have to be culled others show one or two small bumps and that’s it. The more stressed they are the worse it will be. The stronger and healthier the birds the less it will affect them.
