Fowl Pox?

My chickens are all rapidily dying. They seem fine and then they start getting these red sores on their face and their eyes dont look right. Then shortly afterward they die. I have lost over 10 in less than 24 hours. people keep telling me its fowl pox but that doesnt seem right because thats suppose to be a slow disease and the chickens live mine are all dropping like flies. so is it fowl pox or something else?
