Hello,
Fox got in to pen last night. They are about 6/7 weeks.
Ones got puncher marks under both wings and Is very limp and panting.
Do you think I can help him? Or Is it cruel keeping him going??

Welcome to BYC.
How is your bird doing?
Could you trim some of the feathers around the wounds, and post a few clear photos?
Is the bird eating, and drinking?
If you haven't, any wounds on the bird's body should be flushed copiously using saline, or a dilute antiseptic such as chlorhexidine. A dish soap bottle or large syringe can be used as a flushing device. An antibacterial ointment such as Neosporin, or Preparation H, can be spread onto the wound afterward; repeat application to maintain a moist wound bed.
In consideration wound treatment was not implemented soon enough, and bacteria were able to get into the bloodstream, you may consider starting the bird on antibiotics to help prevent, and treat infection
If you have any NSAIDS available from any past veterinary visit, such as meloxicam, or carprofen, that would help combat some of the pain, and inflammation likely occurring. Aspirin can be used in the latter stages of wound healing, but should not be used shortly subsequent to the wound damage as there is a risk of hemorrhaging due to aspirin's antiplatelet properties.
If other birds in the flock are currently pecking the injured bird, consider setting up a pen inside the coop to prevent bulling from the flock members, and allow the bird to easily access, feed and water.
Shock is something that will occur after most serious injures, which will often result in the bird not willing to drink or eat, however, if this continues, the bird will need to be tube fed to prevent any nutritional, or fluid deficits.
