Frayed looking feathers and no eggs

My old White Leghorn hasn't been laying proper eggs (no shell, fragile shell, or nothing at all) for a few weeks now. Her feathers on her tail and wings looks tattered and frayed up for awhile now as well. One of her wings was already cut prior to arriving at my household and it has yet to grow back after a year other than one random long feather that also looks frayed.

Oyster shells are available 24/7 for her and I been feeding her a mix of layer feed and all-flock feed. I did crush up some calcium citrate + D3 and mixed it with scrambled eggs for her to eat alone, but still no luck. Her poop looks like normal poop with no noticeable sign of worms wriggling in it. I never dewormed her since she wandered here a year ago and I didn't even know deworming was a thing until recently. She also wasn't able to get a full proper dirt bathe for months due to the soil around her being hard and compact, but I was able to put out a makeshift dirt bathe (peatmoss with a mix of food-grade DE) recently that she's been using for the past 2 days, so I'm hoping its not mites or something.

Other than that she's chipper and doing her usual stuff free ranging, dirt/sun bathing, and eating the same amount of food and water. Any advice would be appreciated!

She may just be getting ready to molt. Her feathers look better than most of my hens this time of year. A rest from laying might recharge her system.

That might be true. She has been laying consistently ever since she got here. She's my first and most favorite hen and I want only the best for her.

Someone had previously cut feathers off one wing to prevent her from flying away, escaping a pen or fenced yard. That doesnt work as you can see since you are her new owner. Both wings must be cut to prevent White Leghorns from escaping and wandering off somewhere. White Leghorns are the first birds I've owned.

You need to physically pick her up and give her a close inspection for lice and/or mites on her body. Particularly inspect her vent area where it's warm and moist, look for lice eggs on feather shafts. Lice are white/off white or straw in color. Mites are red or black that suck blood causing anemia, then death. Use Permethrin dust to treat her for external parasites (not DE) and repeat dusting her in 10-14 days.

It's doubtful you'll see worms in feces, parasites rarely leave their host. Worm her with Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer. Use a syringe without a needle and dose her orally 1/2ml and repeat again in 10 days.
I dont recommend using Safeguard (fenbendazole) wormers at this time due to the fact she might be in molt since it's that time of the year most birds start losing their feathers. Using fenbendazole will cause stunted feather regrowth. That wont happen with Valbazen.
