FREE Australorp Chicks!

I have 15 Australop hen chicks for free! They were purchased and sexed from Country Hatchery in Wewoka, OK and come with a bag of feed and carrier. They are approximately 3-4 weeks old, I have kept them in my laundry room up till now and I can't handle them in my house anymore, the coop has not been built that was promised so they MUST GO TODAY. I did that same day actually. I blew a gasket and they had to go when I came home to find a couple had escaped and pooped all over my laundry room floor. We will try again this Spring or Summer when we have a building setup to keep them in instead of the house. If I hadn't had such a quick reply I probably would of took the post down and kept them. Instead of buyers remorse, it's giver remorse

I got my 18 chicks, also black australorps, from Country Hatchery too. Mine are only about 10 days old, we drove over and picked them up on Feb 1. They were newly hatched that day; Dennis said that the chicks hatch out they get up at 2 am on Wednesdays and start getting baby chicks ready to ship. Ours were all boxed up and ready to go when we got there; it's only about an hour and a half from our house. He opened up the box for us, we saw that they were all OK. He showed us their incubators; really nice man, so far the chicks have done great. They look so healthy.
