Free Barred-Rock Bantam Rooster

I acquired chicks from our local feed store in early June. I purchased six and was lucky enough to get four hens (I really wanted six hens, but I guess you never know). They were born on May 28th. I have two Barred Rock Bantam roosters in the bunch that have gotten along up until last week. They have just begun to fight, and so we've separate them. I'd like to find one of them a new home. They are both lovely birds, big and beautiful with great tail feathers and large red combs. Both are friendly when they aren't around each other. I have hand fed both of them.

I'd prefer a home that needs a rooster (I know those are hard to find) as a hen mate and not for soup. If you are interested please contact me via email at [email protected]. I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

i have been looking for a rooster for my 24 hens, befor winter and i love barred rocks (last rooster was) and i thing a barred rock bantam will be so cute and he will not be for food , my barred rock rooster was taken by a coon, (i got the coon)
