This little guy will be greatly missed. He is the sole bantam survivor in our flock, and the poor thing is half the height of all the other chickens (everyone else is a standard and almost all are heavy breeds). He holds his own, but he just seems isolated. He seems frustrated by the situation and I would like to find him a home where he isn't just the little guy. He nips a bit, but will calmly let you hold and pet him, eat out of your hand, and even follow you around the yard. He is socialized to small children, big dogs, cats, and of course, adults and other chickens. He is one year old this month, and has the cutest personality you could ask for!
Please only respond if you would like to give him a home. There really isn't much there worth eating anyway.

Would you ship???? How much??? Are you NPIP certified?

I have never shipped a chicken before... but I would be willing if it gave him a good home.
I don't even know what NPIP certification is. I feel like I should know, but I am not certified in anything relating to chickens.

Until this site I didn't know what NPIP was either. Bummer I can't bring birds into Michigan unless it's coming from NPIP
