This is a freecycle.org dream! Freecycle is a way to share things with others within your own community that might otherwise end up in the dump (cans, scrap lumber, etc.). Every once in a while though someone posts something great like this and makes someone's day. I've both given and gotten things on there. You guys should check it out. You can't sell there though, only give things away.

You are about an hour and 1/2 from me. Does it break down very much? I have a truck and a trailer.
I am so sorry you can't keep your chickens. That coop is extra nice I love it.
