Free Frizzle Polish Bantam Rooster- Central Texas

I have a Polish Frizzle Bantam Rooster, I believe that he would be considered a Splash.
He is about 5 1/2 months old. He was hatched from eggs that I got in an auction- hatched April 27.

I already have another rooster or I would not get rid of him. The other chickens have been pecking at his crest, which is why it is in a pony tail, for re-growth.
