Well the good folks of BackYard Chickens have weighed in on my "What Gender is this?" post and it appears I have a 9-week old Jubilee Orpington cockerel on my hands. It's illegal to keep roosters here, and I'd like to give him a good home.

He's gorgeous and was quite expensive for a chicken, very sweet and has been handled since day 1.
