Free "Mystery Rare Chick" from hatchery - Unknown breed

If anyone can tell me what breed this is - that would be great. I'm still very new at having chickens. This is my "free rare chick" from hatchery order. I'm just curious but any idea would be great.

He/She is 2 weeks old. Heavy breed I would say.

dont feel bad...i had a hard time tryin to post pics to...if you use the "image" to post not the "thumb" url...it should be bigger...anyway your chick looks kinda like it could be buttercup...but not sure...how old is it...check out www.feathersite.com and see if you can tell what kind you have...good luck...keep us posted if you find out

When you upload your chosen photo, there's a spot where it says 'Resize image' and you click in the little box to the left of it, meaning 'yes, I want to resize!', then there's a drop-down list of sizes, choose the biggest, 640 by 480, the one for message boards. Then press 'submit' and wait forever.

But you have to make sure you click the little box to the left of 'resize image', or you'll just get a thumbnail.

It takes a little practice. We've all gone through it! Good luck!

(Oh, and delete your little images first. I don't think it will let you get big images of them if you already have small images of them on there.)
