Free range chicken bitten by neighbors dog

One of our chickens was injured by a dog. She seemed ok besides the loss of a few feathers and a blood spot on her right wing. Now six days later we noticed this morning that her usually white spot on her face is a greenish color and puffy. First off what should we do for the chicken? And secondly are her eggs ok to eat (assuming she is producing)?

Sounds like its infected. It needs antiboitics probably. I am sure someone on here can help. Can you upload a pic of it?
