Well, mine stayed close to the horses today, and they're safe there for sure. The horses didn't show any signs of alertness. I'm convinced my one mare can detect problems 2 concessions away...
It's been a hard winter for sure, and the wildlife will reflect that. I haven't heard any, nor seen tracks, nor have our dogs outside sounded off at night (or day).
But my neighbour has seen two coyotes in the last week. He's 5 acres away, and keeps chickens, ducks, goats and beef.
