FREE RE-HOMING for two EGG-LAYING hens in South Austin, Texas!

Chicken Friends: We are seeking to cull our flock of super cute and EGG LAYING hens. We are looking to re-home Jane and Penelope. Jane is a Millefleur Frizzle. Penelope is a black Bearded Silkie. Both are bantams, which are a little smaller than full-size chickens. Anyone interested in expanding their own flock or starting a new one with these lovely ladies? I need newer pics of both, but they were much more cooperative when they were chicks! Both are approximately 10 months old.

Metschick - I just sent you a PM before I figured out how to post here! My wife and I are interested in your hens. How far are you from Elgin? My in-laws have a place out there; the wife and I are in Houston.

UPDATE: I have a local young couple who is gathering supplies to take these lovely ladies. I'll post an update if that falls through!
