I am a school teacher hatching out eggs for my class. I have set about 7 Brahma eggs in my Brinsea Mini incubator. They came from a local breeder I found on Creigslist. His birds on his farm appeared to be very well cared for, and he claimed that he raised show birds and that these were show quality eggs. I do not know enough about chickens to validate that. Again, it seemed credible, as his birds look well cared for. They are due on May 14.

I am looking for some locals who might be interested in keeping the chicks. I live an apt, and do not have anywhere to house them after they are born. I'd be looking to have all the ones that hatch donated no more that 3 days after they hatch.

If you are interested, please PM by the 7th. Right now I am only posting this on backyard chicken (b/c BYC is awesome!) but if I don't have interest after a week or so, I'll try posting on Crieglist and local meet-up groups.

I live in grand praire which is a stones throw from dallas. which im asssumeing dallas as in dallas texas? And i would be more then happy to take any chicks that hatch. We can set up a meet up at your convenice.
