Freerange age

When should I let my chickens free-range? They were hatched Feb. 7. They have been in a coop for 3 weeks. We were going to let them out today in a slightly larger improv run, but when should we let them out fully?

I don't know about your conditions (temp/predators) but these are a week old. They have momma to watch over them. She had them out at 4 days old.
