Freezing chicken organs

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if chicken hearts, gizzards, and livers freeze well?
Thanks!
No poultry freezes well. The problem is freezer burn which is a natural drying out of the tissue or freeze drying of chicken flesh in the low moisture environment inside a home deep freezer. Chicken giblets should or can be successfully frozen in a plastic container with all the remaining air space taken up by tap water. This helps block but will not prevent freezer burn. It is best therefor to use frozen poultry before freezer burn sets in. That is unless you enjoy dry, tough, rubbery chicken.
