French black copper maran started laying at 19 weeks!

I was told that they usually don't lay until 26+ weeks. I'm shocked that one of my 3 hens has started laying. When do your BCM's typically start laying? I have a couple more that don't look anywhere near ready to go. I also have 3 more that are only 10 weeks or so.
