Here's your chance to sample some of the sweet floral goodness in a jar. We don't spray pesticides or herbicides on our lawn, and believe in using all of the bounty nature gives us. For this jelly we just use the sweet yellow petals, not the stem or leaves, to create this limited addition jelly for your enjoyment.

Enjoy on toast or a sweetener for tea... heat it up and pour over vanilla ice cream for a summer treat.

O.k. Shannon, now you got me...What does dandelion jelly taste like???

Its got a light floral flavor of course, but not as strong as lavender. Kind of reminds me of the honeysuckle jelly because the taste is there, but doesn't taste like the flower smells. You know what I mean? Probably not... but it does!
