Freshly hatched chick with something hanging off the back

I've had chickens for years but this is the first time we've let eggs hatch. Mama chicken abandoned the eggs around d18 so she could snuggle our turkey babies. I took the eggs and borrowed an incubator. All 3 hatched today but 1 has something hanging off the back and is really small compared to the other 2. What is this and is there anything I can do?

Thats the yolk sack that’s still absorbing. You can place the chick in little container to keep it still and keep the other chicks from pecking it. It should be absorbed in a few hours!

Baby is now about 12 hours old and I have betted picture it's still there. Should I be worried.
