I have two blue and black bearded silkie roosters. Their names are Witchcraft (blue silkie) and Wish (black silkie). They are both EXTREMELY NICE with even temperaments. The two boys along with their father are the nicest roosters I've ever had. Wish and Witchcraft show great promise for future showing, and they could easily win any local show and possibly even larger shows. They fit to the requirements in the APA Standard of Perfection for Bearded Silkies. Parent birds are on the premise. Both of the Silkies have the potential to be great 4H show birds due to their easygoing nature and quality characteristics. They would also make wonderful family pets. The roosters have been around children, pigs, horses, dogs, cats, and other chickens. They are for GOOD HOMES ONLY! They have a $20 rehoming fee, but I am also willing to trade for a silkie hen. Serious inquiries only. Thank you!

I have never shipped chickens before, but I will contact our post office for prices and information. We are in Pittsburgh, PA (if that gives you an idea about the pricing).

You'll probably have to weigh him to get an estimate on shipping charges. If they're not too crazy high, and you don't mind shipping him, I'd love to have him! He'd have a big flock of lovely ladies to take care of ;)

If you no longer want him please tell me because I have a local person who may be interested. I know the shipping is pretty expensive and I would understand if you decided not to buy him. I can still hold him if you want though.

If you have someone local interested, go for it. I'd like to have him, but it would be better for him to not have to be shipped (very stressful on them).

A little girl and her family came today. They took the blue rooster. I'm so sorry that I wasn't able to give you him, but I can reassure that he will be well-loved in his home. Thank you so much for your time and consideration!

No worries, I'm glad he found a good home. I would have loved to have had him, but you did what was best for him. He's much better off only having to travel down the road a bit instead of being banged around in a box all the way to Tennessee!
