Fritos Scoops + Black Bean Chili + Sour Cream + Cheddar Cheese = YUMMM

I made a big pot of black bean chili last night and today after coming in from the frozen tundra that is my farm, I decided it was time for something warm and comforting.
The chips, chili and toppings really hit the spot and I am warm and pleasantly full now

Frito Chili Pie! Yum, I'm having it tomorrow. We use chopped raw white onion on top, too. I spent most of my life in TX and it's a staple. Your black bean chili sounds great.

Jacque is jealous.....You just ate his favorite meal next to your vegetable soup.... He loves this dish.....You need to live closer.....I could bring you peach cobbler and sourdough pancakes and biscuits and my veggie soup and we'll trade food...

Yup, Lockedhearts this is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more than just Chili, this is Chili to the extreme slap your knees, cry cause this is the way chili was made to be eaten.....

Oh yeah and if I had vidalia onions, this would be covered and smothered in them......
