Frizzle? And what kind and or sex

I know it’s likely to early to tell this chick is 3 weeks old hatched by a broody chick ordered fertile egg from my pet chicken.
Only 1 egg out of 7 took
Anyway I’m super new to frizzle. Can it be any breed that is a frizzle?
many ideas what gender this one might be?

There are a few different breeds that can come in "Frizzled". I'm not sure what this one would be.

Too early to sex. Post updated pics in 3 more weeks.

Any breed can be frizzled. It can be bred into a breed or happen spontaneously. Its to early to determine breed or sex just now.
