Frizzle Bantom

This here is Freckles(sometimes called Muffin) I was wondering if I could get a frizzle rooster to breed with her or would that not work

what breed is she/ pic? as long as she isn't a frizzle then it should be fine, also don't try to put a rooster that is to much bigger or smaller with her as he will either not get the job done or crush/ injure her

She is a frizzle batom but I can't upload a pic for some reason but I'm going to change my profile pic to one of her. She is only young right now so not planning to put a rooster over her as of yet but just trying to decide which breed of roo.

No I would not advise puting her over a frizzle rooster, it would breed more frizzles than if she was put over a plain rooster but hey will be double frizzles which isn't a good thing. Sure they look good but they often have major health issues which is why its advised against. They live on average shorter lives, have less of an immune system, have bald patches etc. liver and kidney problems are very common. Of course not all will be like this but the risk is very high and then breeding them again over a frizzle will cause more damage. In principal a good breeder wont breed a frizzle to a frizzle on purpose. I hope this helps

Very helpful thanks! I have a small bantom rooster ATM but I don't think I will cross her with him. Still have a few months to think until she is old enough!
