Frizzle Japanese?

I have a 6 week old BTW Japanese, hatchery stock. It is I think a hen, not sure. All the other chicks have flat feathers now except the head. This one has almost all it's feathers in, but they are sticking out. Is this frizzle?

There are frizzle Japanese, not common, not sure if they are excepted for showing.
