Frizzle losing feathers

This is our first frizzle named "Farty", so not sure how often they molt. We have 5 other chickens...all different breeds. Farty has been losing feathers on her back near her tail for a couple months now. Is this normal molting, or is there something else going on? She's still laying about 2-3 eggs per week and seems happy. She's just over 1 year old.

Do you have a rooster? Usually when the wing feathers are rubbed down the barb paired with missing back feathers it is rooster damage.
