Frizzle or straight serama

I ordered eggs off of eBay Malaysia serama eggs when I received them all but one of them had straight roo wrote on them the other one said frizzle that one did not hatch out of 10 eggs 4 hatched and are now two weeks old but this ones feathers look different than the others was curious if maybe it is frizzle?

It also could be a frizzle serama I have one myself.

I am pretty sure she was saying it was a frizzle serama.

That's a frizzle. I've got several myself, serama are awesome whether they are frizzle or smooth.
