Frizzle question

If i breed 2 smooth cochins that came from a frizzle hen / smooth roo could i still get a frizzle? Is the gene recessive?

No, it is incompletely dominant. There IS a recessive gene that essentially turns off frizzling, so it is POSSIBLE to get a frizzled bird from non-frizzled parents, but pretty unlikely.
