frizzle x smooth = ??

if you cross a(black frizzle x splash) you get 100% blues but what % will be frizzle ?

I normally Find that when you cross a frizzle with a smooth you get around 40% chnace of frizzle because i have just had 2 hatch wich are both smooth and another chick who is too young to tell yet ...
