I have a frizzled cochin rooster and silkie hens. They made some frizzled offspring that has light skin. If I breed a frizzled offspring back to a silkie, will I get any frizzled silkies with black skin or will I lose the frizzle? Not sure if it's dominant or recessive.

You won't lose the frizzle. With frizzle breeding you only want to breed frizzle to non frizzle.
If you breed one of the offspring to a silkie its a 50/50 chance to produce a frizzle. Its also a 50/50 chance for silkied feathers. It's a luck of the draw which if any will be both.
Frizzle is dominate. Silkied is recessive.
No comment on the black skin.

Thanks. I had a frazzle from someone else once. Poor thing always lost her feathers. Glad to hear about the frizzle. Now to hope they get the black skin back.
