Here arer my babies THe Buff Orpingtons are from my own flock and the other to were suppose to be turkens but just turned out to be mutts. I'd love any ideas about genders and quality. I also am unsure what to call the colors of the mutts, any ideas?

Oh they are adorable. I cannot get any new chickens until some of my others have been eaten or died.

Dan said I can have natural chickens.

I love the pictures! I have always wished that there was a web site somewhere that would show pictures of chicks at one day, two or three weeks, five or six weeks, etc. so I could see the "growing up" colors and changes in different breeds.

I can't tell what one of mine is and would love to be able to compare her with pictures at different ages of all the breeds.

Also it might help picking out chicks in the spring at the feed store.

Thanks for posting these great photos. We plan on doing the same thing with our chicks. We have mutts but some are Buff Orpingtons so we were really glad to see the development photos. Best of Luck with your chickens!
